I'm a seasoned Software Architect and Software Engineer with more than two decades of experience shaping complex software systems across industries. Currently, I work as a Principal Software Architect at Gofore, helping organizations design sustainable architectures and build the teams that bring them to life.
Most software projects don't fail because of technology. They fail because of people, communication, and organization. That conviction is the thread running through my work. I'm a hands-on technologist at heart - I still write code, and I care deeply about clean architecture - but I've learned that great software only emerges when a solid technical foundation meets a team that collaborates well, embedded in an organization that lets it thrive.
I regularly speak at conferences and publish articles, mostly on the human side of software engineering - how we can build not just better systems, but better environments for the people who create them.
